This Cookie Policy explains how the AI Chat Inbox website, operated by Roboveso Ltd, uses cookies and similar browser storage.

It applies to the website at aichatinbox.com. The AI Chat Inbox browser extension uses separate local browser storage as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Choices

We use a necessary cookie to remember your cookie preferences. Optional marketing measurement and campaign storage remain disabled unless you choose to accept the Marketing category.

You can accept or reject optional Marketing cookies from the consent notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.

Rejecting Marketing cookies does not prevent you from using the website or downloading AI Chat Inbox.

3. Optional Marketing Technologies

Meta Pixel

If you accept Marketing, the website loads Meta Pixel using Pixel ID 1783409159498668. Meta Pixel is used to measure consented page views and selected product-link clicks connected with our advertising.

`_fbc`	May store Meta ad-click information when a visitor reaches the website through a URL containing Meta click information.

Meta determines the precise operation and lifetime of cookies created by its technology, subject to browser settings and Meta’s policies.

The website does not send AI chat content, prompts, conversation titles, user-entered text or payment-card details to Meta through the events configured on this website.

Chrome Web Store Campaign Attribution

If you accept Marketing and arrive with supported campaign parameters, the website may keep the following values in browser-managed session storage for the current page session:

utm_medium
utm_campaign

When you follow an AI Chat Inbox Chrome Web Store listing link, the supported campaign values may be added to that link. The Chrome Web Store forwards these parameters to its Google Analytics property to measure Store listing visits and installs. The website itself does not load Google Analytics.

The campaign values are stored only after Marketing consent. They are not stored in cookies or local storage and are not intentionally retained across browser page sessions. The website does not source campaign values from cookies, customer or product data, or Extension data, and does not add fbclid, _fbp, _fbc, or arbitrary query parameters to Chrome Web Store links. Campaign values used by Roboveso Ltd must not contain personal data or customer identifiers.

4. Events We Measure

After Marketing consent, the website may send:

A page-view event for the current website page.
A TryExtensionClick event when you follow an AI Chat Inbox Chrome Web Store link.
An InitiateCheckout event when you follow our Lemon Squeezy lifetime-licence checkout link. This event includes the underlying Lemon Squeezy checkout value and currency.

These website events do not confirm that an extension was installed, a trial was activated, or a purchase was completed.

When you withdraw Marketing consent, the website tells Meta that consent has been revoked, stops application-triggered Meta events, attempts to remove _fbp and _fbc cookies accessible from aichatinbox.com, clears the campaign parameters stored for the current page session, and restores clean Chrome Web Store links.

JavaScript already downloaded during an earlier accepted session cannot be unloaded from the current page. Withdrawing consent prevents our website code from sending subsequent events without unnecessarily reloading the page.

Browser code on aichatinbox.com cannot remove cookies belonging to Facebook, Lemon Squeezy or another unrelated domain. You can use your browser settings and the controls provided by those services to manage their cookies.

6. Lemon Squeezy

Our purchase links open a separately hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies to operate checkout, process payments, prevent fraud and provide licence delivery.

Consent recorded on aichatinbox.com does not automatically apply to the separately hosted Lemon Squeezy domain. We have not enabled Lemon Squeezy’s native Meta Pixel integration as part of this website implementation.
