Terms and Conditions for AI Chat Inbox

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of AI Chat Inbox (“Extension”), a browser extension operated by Roboveso Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”).
By installing, accessing, purchasing, activating, or using AI Chat Inbox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.

2. What AI Chat Inbox Does
AI Chat Inbox is a browser extension that helps users organise, manage, and access AI chat-related content through their browser.
AI Chat Inbox is designed to store Extension-related data locally in the user’s browser using technologies such as local storage and/or IndexedDB.
Roboveso Ltd does not collect, transmit, sell, or store users’ AI chat content on its own servers.
Your use of AI Chat Inbox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Chat Inbox.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Extension.
By using AI Chat Inbox, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Licence to Use AI Chat Inbox
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use AI Chat Inbox for personal or business purposes.
You do not own the Extension. You are granted permission to use it under these Terms.
You must not:
- Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Extension.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
- Circumvent licence checks, activation limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
- Use the Extension for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.
- Interfere with, damage, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the Extension.
- Use the Extension in a way that infringes the rights of Roboveso Ltd or any third party.
5. Lifetime Access Licence and Licence Keys
AI Chat Inbox is currently sold as a one-time lifetime access licence, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the AI Chat Inbox product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
The licence gives you access to paid features of AI Chat Inbox while the product remains operational, supported, technically feasible, and commercially available.
There is currently no monthly or annual subscription unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
After purchase, you may receive a licence key. Your licence key is used to activate paid features of AI Chat Inbox.
Licence keys are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared, resold, transferred, assigned, published, or used by multiple people unless we expressly allow it.
We may limit the number of devices, browsers, or activations associated with a licence key.
We may suspend, deactivate, or refuse a licence key if we believe it has been shared, resold, abused, obtained fraudulently, refunded, charged back, or used in breach of these Terms.
Roboveso Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, replace, or retire AI Chat Inbox at any time.
Roboveso Ltd is not responsible for changes in browser platforms, Chrome extension APIs, operating systems, third-party websites, AI services, Lemon Squeezy, or other technologies that may affect the usability or availability of AI Chat Inbox over time.
6. Lemon Squeezy Payments
AI Chat Inbox purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy may act as the merchant of record and may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks, and licence key delivery according to its own terms and policies.
By purchasing AI Chat Inbox through Lemon Squeezy, you may also be required to agree to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms, checkout terms, privacy policy, and payment terms.
Roboveso Ltd does not directly control all aspects of Lemon Squeezy’s payment processing, tax handling, fraud review, chargeback handling, or payment-provider decisions.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the refund policy shown at checkout, our Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy’s applicable payment rules, and applicable law.

Because AI Chat Inbox is a digital product delivered by licence key, refunds are not normally provided for lifetime access licences unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Roboveso Ltd.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, we may refuse refund requests where a licence key has already been activated, substantially used, abused, shared, resold, published, transferred, or where the refund request appears fraudulent.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue AI Chat Inbox or any part of it at any time.
Updates may be required for security, compatibility, bug fixes, legal compliance, platform requirements, or new functionality.
We do not guarantee that AI Chat Inbox will always be compatible with every browser version, operating system, AI platform, website, or third-party service.
9. Third-Party Services
AI Chat Inbox may interact with third-party websites, browser APIs, AI platforms, payment providers, licence systems, error-monitoring tools, or other services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, data handling, security, terms, or changes.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Local Data and User Responsibility
AI Chat Inbox stores Extension-related data locally in your browser.
You are responsible for managing your own browser data, backups, exports, device security, browser settings, and local storage.
Roboveso Ltd is not responsible for loss of locally stored data caused by uninstalling the Extension, clearing browser data, browser sync behaviour, browser updates, device failure, third-party tools, operating system changes, or user action.
You should not rely on AI Chat Inbox as your only backup or archive of important information.
11. Intellectual Property
AI Chat Inbox, including its software, design, branding, code, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, features, and related materials, is owned by Roboveso Ltd or its licensors.
Except for the limited licence granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not use our name, branding, logo, or intellectual property without our written permission.

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

We do not guarantee response times, availability of support, or resolution of every issue.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AI Chat Inbox if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Extension, abused a licence key, attempted to bypass access controls, violated applicable law, or created risk for Roboveso Ltd, users, third parties, browser platforms, or payment providers.
Upon termination, your right to use AI Chat Inbox will stop immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
14. No Warranty
AI Chat Inbox is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with all systems, or available at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roboveso Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, use, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use AI Chat Inbox.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or AI Chat Inbox will not exceed the amount you paid for AI Chat Inbox.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roboveso Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of AI Chat Inbox.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Your content, data, or activity involving the Extension.
- Your attempt to bypass licence, payment, or access controls.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of AI Chat Inbox after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Extension.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or AI Chat Inbox, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
